Enhancements

Bill of Materials Inquiry (BM)

  • Qty available and List Price shown for requested Item.

Online Shipment Tracking (SD)

  • Search for shipments by PO number is now available.

Order Checking (PO, CL, OD)

  • Customer Item Number now in grid.

  • Customers can now be selected from a drop-down list.

  • Added speed entry capability.

New Features

Item Inquiry (II)

Type in a valid item number and click the display item info button. The page Displays In stock, committed, net available, uom, item class, item price group, Family group, discount group, list price, weight, stocking type, and required box Quantity. A grid of recent orders for this item also is displayed on the page.

Quote Participants (QP)

Type in a quote number and click submit. On the next screen, a list displays the customers that can use the quote.

Request Printable Quote Via Electronic Mail

Select a customer from the drop-down box. Type in a quote number in the next field. Click the submit button.

View Packing Slip

Grid is displayed showing recent orders, the packing slip date, and PO#. In each row, there is a clipboard icon which will display a .pdf of the packing slip when clicked on. The initial grid may be filtered by entering from and to dates near the top of the page.
